Two chefs presented their newest food creation together in a site-specific performance for Borough Market’s food demonstration kitchen.
By trying too hard, having a different approach to team work and by changing the recipe last minute by mistake, all went unexpectedly wrong.
Keeping up appearances during a live food demonstration, whilst trying to save the dish of the day, it all began to escalate into a ludicrous display of antics, in this interactive physical slapstick comedy.
